Monty Walriven

Monty Walriven has over 30 years of experience in engineering and manufacturing. Currently a Senior Engineer and Assembly Supervisor at Xtek Inc. since 1998, Monty is responsible for the disassembly, inspection, and assembly of large industrial components within a reconditioning program, including tasks related to scheduling and performance reviews. Prior experience includes roles as a Service Engineer and Designer at Armor Metal Fabrication from 1990 to 1998, focusing on job shop fabrication, and as an N.C. Programmer at USX / US Metal Source from 1986 to 1990. Monty holds a Bachelor of Technical and Applied Studies in Administration from the University of Cincinnati and has completed studies in Mechanical Engineering Technology - Design at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College between 1998 and 2004.
