Roger Miller is the current President and CEO at Xtek, Inc. Prior to their current position, Miller held the title of Director of Materials at UNOVA Industrial Automation Systems - Cincinnati Machine Division from January 1999 to January 2005. In their role as Director of Materials, Miller was responsible for leading the department in charge of sourcing, inventory, production control, logistics, as well as the Lean Manufacturing Initiative. Under Miller's leadership, the company outsourced 90% of its component manufacturing operations within a six month period. Additionally, Miller was able to reduce the cost of the company's highest value components by 50% through global sourcing and leveraging competition. Miller also co-invented a patent pending process that integrates Kanban, ERP, and a Supplier Portal to streamline and mistake proof the company's pull production system.

Before their time at UNOVA Industrial Automation Systems - Cincinnati Machine Division, Miller was the Manufacturing Manager at Milacron from January 1996 to December 1999. In this role, Miller led 120 employees on three shifts responsible for the production of key components and sub-assemblies within four manufacturing cells. During their time at Milacron, Miller implemented a Demand Flow Technology production control system in order to reduce cycle time and inventory while also improving delivery performance.

Miller began their career in 1990 as a Value Engineer - Sourcing at GE Aviation where they worked until 1994.

Roger Miller has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
