Stephanie Gaither is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member for Xtek Inc. since June 2023, Stephanie has held multiple key positions at Al. Neyer since July 2018, including Executive Vice President and COO, Real Estate, and Executive Vice President and CFO. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at Urban Sites, COO at Grandin Properties, and EVP and CFO at 3CDC, where contributions included establishing and leading the finance and accounting department while overseeing comprehensive audit and tax processes.
