Tal Horesh

Tal Horesh is an experienced corporate development professional currently serving as the VP of Corporate Development, Strategy, and M&A at XTEND since 2025. Previously, Tal held the position of Director, Head of Corporate Development and M&A at Amdocs and has extensive experience in leading M&A transactions, from deal origination to integration planning. Tal has also worked in various capacities, including as an Advocate at Goldfarb Seligman and as an Associate in Corporate Finance at BDO Israel, where they prepared financial due diligence for M&A processes. Tal's educational background includes studies in International Law at Fordham University, a Bachelor of Laws from The College of Management Academic Studies, and an Associate's degree in Accounting and Finance from Bar-Ilan University.
