Camela Banico currently holds the position of Vice President for People Development at XtendOps. With a background in training and development spanning various companies such as Asurion, ProofTech, Transcom, arvato AG, and Sutherland Global Services Phils Inc, Camela has steadily progressed in their career. Camela holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Visayas State University and a Diploma in Workplace Learning Development from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.
