Lan Baluyot

Lan Baluyot is an experienced professional in people development and training management, currently serving as the Director of People Development at XtendOps since June 2023. Prior roles include Training Manager at Asurion, where responsibilities encompassed the development and coaching of trainers for a large team of over 3400 agents, and Training Design Manager at TSA Group in Australia, overseeing the design and implementation of training programs across operational teams. Lan's career also includes managerial roles focused on training and induction at TSA Group and TTEC, where leadership development and compliance training were key areas of focus. Lan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
