Beatriz Cela

Beatriz Cela is currently the Head of Operations at Xtillion, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this role, Beatriz served as a Senior Associate and later as Director of Digital Operations and Partnerships at Red Ventures from 2019 to 2022. Beatriz gained valuable experience in the banking sector at BBVA Compass and First Republic Bank, where they held various positions including Wealth Management, Relationship Specialist, and Senior Associate. They are also pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, where they achieved Magna Cum Laude honors.
