Colin Owens is an experienced Operations Engineer and Tier 3 support specialist at XTIUM since January 2020, contributing to client integration and providing expert guidance on technical support issues. Prior to this role, Colin served at CNA Computer Repair from December 2017 to January 2020, where responsibilities included customer inquiries, hardware and software troubleshooting, and managing service and sales operations. Additionally, Colin gained experience as an EasyTech at Staples, managing tech inventory. Currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Delaware County Community College, Colin has a solid foundational education from Suncoast PolyTechnical High School and Suncoast Technical College.
