Duc Huu Tran

Duc Huu Tran has over fifteen years of experience in the software engineering industry. In 2005, they began their career as a Software Engineer at Individual System, where they were responsible for coding and analysis document to implement products for Japan Companies with some languages such as Java, .NET and C++. In 2006, they joined CSC as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed software applications using JavaScript (Expert OOP, jQuery, Extjs and YUI libraries), Shell and Batch script, DHTML, HTML5, XML, ASP.NET, C#.NET, Java (JSP, Servlet, Webservices, JSF, Spring MVC, Struts FW, Hibernate, EJB 3). Duc Huu was later promoted to Principle Software Engineer. In 2013, they joined Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Senior Software Developer, working with Spring3.x/Hibernate/Webservices/XSD/XML/AJAX/PrimeFaces. In 2014, they joined Index Info Systems as a Senior Software Analyst, where they were responsible for planning and estimation of effort for the Development Activities, requirement gathering and review, analysis, design and development of software application, and producing User Requirement Specification and Functional specification documents. The same year, they joined Great Eastern Life as a Senior Technical Consultant, working with Spring3.x/Hibernate/Webservices/XSD/XML/AJAX/Dojo 1.7/IBM Integration Bus (Websphere Message Broker), Websphere MQ, Web services, JMS, Batch Management, and JMS Integration. In 2016, they joined XTIVIA, Inc. as an Enterprise Portal Programmer, where they mainly worked in Liferay DXP as a platform to build applications on latest technologies using Angular2, Typescript, Bootstrap 3.0, Java 7/8, SAP JCO(SAP), Webservice (IBM System), Oracle, NPM Modules, Gradle, JetRay, OSGI, JAX-RS, Security Guard, and Swagger.

Duc Huu Tran completed their secondary education at Ca Mau School from 1999 to 2002. Duc Huu then went on to obtain a Diploma in Computer Software Engineering from the National Institute of Information Technology between 2002 and 2005. Duc Huu subsequently earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the University of Information Technology. Additionally, they hold two Oracle Certified Professional certifications, one in Java EE 5 Web Component Developer and the other in Java SE 6 Programmer.
