Eric Jacobshagen

Eric Jacobshagen has been working in the IT industry since 1981. Eric began their career as a Programmer at Deere & Company, then moved on to become a Programmer Analyst at Reflector Hardware Corporation in 1984. In 1988, they took on the role of Consultant at GE Consulting Services. From 1993 to 2010, Eric was the IT Admin at CONNECT: The Knowledge Network, where they were responsible for deploying, managing, and supporting IT systems. This included System Administration, Website development, and application development. In 2010, Eric moved to Xtivia, Inc., where they have been the IT Admin ever since. Eric'sduties include designing, managing, and supporting the corporate IT infrastructure, assisting in internal audits, Linux support for clients, and supervising a junior team member. Specific projects they have worked on include automated server creation and maintenance with Ansible and implementing FreeIPA (RedHat IdM) installations.

Eric Jacobshagen attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1977 to 1981, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
