Phil Stout

Phil Stout is a Senior Database Administrator with a strong focus on mentoring and modernizing database environments. They possess extensive experience in architecting, designing, and supporting Oracle databases, having worked with versions 9i through 12c, as well as past experience with SQL Server and Informix. Currently, at XTIVIA, Inc., Phil is dedicated to enhancing DBA practices while also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Audio Recording/Performance from Berklee College of Music and an Associate's degree in Computer Technology from Purdue University. Previously, Phil held DBA positions at Hewlett Packard, HP Enterprise Services, and Finish Line, where they significantly reduced on-call support issues and developed standard processes for database management.
