Eleni Kosma

Eleni Kosma, MHRM, PHR, currently serves as the Senior Director of People at XTM since May 2025. Previously, Eleni held the position of Head of People & Culture at Transifex from August 2021 to June 2025, and earlier roles included People Ops Manager at Transifex and various Human Resources positions at MRI Software, including Human Resources Benefits Manager, Human Resources Specialist in Global Benefits, and Human Resources Generalist from June 2015 to August 2021. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Generalist role at Crestwood Management LLC, and an Accountant & Human Resources Assistant position at Würth Group. Eleni began the career as a Staff Accountant at Broulias Tax and Accounting Services from April 2010 to February 2011. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Fort Hays State University (2014-2016) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Athens University of Economics and Business (2002-2006).
