Els Bleijenberg possesses extensive experience in the field of social services and care for individuals with disabilities. Since January 2015, Els has served as Manager vrijwilligers and Coördinator / Teamcoach at Xtra, where efforts focus on developing integrated services and supporting transitions in contemporary working paradigms. Prior positions include Projectcoördinator Jeugd & Jongerenwerk at Disck LV, overseeing youth work teams, and Projectleider huisvesting gehandicaptenzorg at Steinmetz | de Compaan, emphasizing housing solutions for individuals with disabilities. Els began a career in the sector as Groepsleider at Pameijer, working with clients presenting complex needs. Educational qualifications include studies at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and De Haagse Hogeschool.
