Esther de Geus

Esther de Geus serves as the Directeur bedrijfsvoering at Xtra welzijn since January 2012, where collaboration with 40 colleagues has established a streamlined and transparent organizational structure across various specialties, including finance, HR, ICT, facilities, and information management. Prior to this role, Esther was involved with Mooi from May 2005 to December 2011, holding positions as Programmaleider kwaliteit en monitoring and Stafmedewerker kwaliteit. Esther holds a Master’s degree in Beleid, Communicatie & Organisatie from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, completed in 2011, and a Bachelor’s degree in Vrijetijdsmanagement from Breda University of Applied Sciences, obtained in 2005.
