Kelly Coates, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical program management and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Xtreme Consulting Group, Inc. since 2008, Kelly previously held roles at IBM from March 2004 to March 2008, including Software Engineer, where responsibilities included software testing in the Clustering group. Kelly also completed a competitive six-month rotational assignment with IBM's Academy of Technology. Prior to IBM, Kelly worked as a Programmer Analyst at West - Dakotah Direct Inc. from September 2002 to November 2003, focusing on customer specifications through design, programming, and testing utilizing VB script. Kelly holds an MBA in Management from the City University of Seattle (2006-2008) and a B.A. in Management Information Systems from Washington State University (2000-2002).
