Manny de Abreu has extensive work experience in customer success and customer services roles. Manny is currently working as the Head of Customer Success at Xtremepush since January 2022. Before that, they were the Head of Presales at Sage from May 2019 to January 2022. Prior to their role at Sage, Manny was the VP Customer Success at Glic Tech from August 2018 to April 2019. Manny also served as the Enterprise Customer Services Director at Sage SA from February 2011 to August 2018. Manny's career at Sage started in 1998 when they joined as the Director Customer Services at Sage Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. Before that, they worked as a Support Consultant at Rencom from January 1994 to January 1998.
Manny de Abreu obtained a degree in Information Technology from the University of the Witwatersrand from 1991 to 1993. In 2011, they attended Wits Business School and earned a degree in NMP (Business/Commerce, General). Additionally, Manny de Abreu has obtained certifications in "Be SaaS" and "Personal Accountability" from Sage in August 2021.
