Prior to this, Arlene S. held various positions at SPi Global from September 1997 to February 2018, including Training and Quality Project Leader, Group Lead, Team Leader, Senior Content Editor, Content Editor, and Data Technician. Arlene S. holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Philippine Christian University, completed in 1996, and previously attended Paranaque National High School and Baclaran Elementary School Central.

This team was created to give training support for all new /old business associates. New rising stars will be molded and equipped for character is more important than skills. Having good moral values is a key factor in one's success. XTRM 1-11 in Latin means (eXcito Triumphus Recuso Mediocris) "To bring forth triumph is to refuse to be ordinary." In relation to our creed we have created a small group of individuals called the xtrm "elite" for further enhancement and personal coaching by our founder Mr. Billy dela Fuente.
