Joshua Leahy

Joshua Leahy is an experienced technology professional in the finance sector, currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at XTX Markets since December 2012. Joshua also held the positions of Chief Technical Architect and Head of Exchange Trading Development at the same company. Prior to XTX Markets, Joshua was an Assistant Vice President in the Electronic Trading Group for European Equities at Knight Capital Group from May 2011 to December 2012. Previous roles include a Quantitative Developer in FX Options at Bloomberg LP from June 2010 to March 2011 and a Summer Analyst focusing on algorithmic trading in the eFX division at Deutsche Bank AG in June 2009. Joshua holds a BA in Physics from the University of Oxford, obtained between 2007 and 2010.
