Rachel Poliszak

Rachel Poliszak is a seasoned software engineer with experience in high frequency and algorithmic trading at XTX Markets since April 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel served as a senior software engineer at Meta from March 2022 to April 2023, focusing on foundational architecture for the company's commerce products. Rachel's career began as a consultant and later a senior consultant at RPC Tyche from January 2017 to March 2022, where expertise in hybrid risk and finance modeling complemented software engineering skills. Rachel holds a master's degree in Mathematics from the University of Warwick, completed in 2016.
