Andrew Dias BFP ACA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Andrew began their career as an Intern at Deloitte in 2007 before joining Newspix International as an Assistant in 2002. At Deloitte UK, Andrew served as an Associate from 2009 to 2010 and later as a Senior Associate from 2011 to 2011. Andrew then became an Assistant Manager, where they managed audits, led client meetings, and played a key role in testing and implementing new audit software. Andrew also had the opportunity to work on global projects and act as a product owner for audit tools during their tenure at Deloitte. Following their time at Deloitte, Andrew worked as a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant at Broadcom Limited, where they oversaw the financial statements, tax, and audit for UK entities. In 2017, they joined Integro Insurance Brokers as an Interim Finance Manager before moving to London Stansted Airport. At the airport, Andrew held roles as a Commercial & Operational Finance Business Partner and a Senior Finance Business Partner for the Chief Operating Officer. In these positions, they focused on maximizing profitability, improving reporting, and driving cost performance leading to EBITDA growth.

Currently, Andrew is serving in a dual role at Xupes as the Chief Financial Officer / COO and Co-Chief Executive Officer.
