Debra Willis

Debra Willis has extensive experience in the retail industry. Debra began their career in 1996 as a Graduate Trainee at House of Fraser. Debra then moved to QVC in 2002 as a Buyer- Jewellery. In 2009, they became a Business Consultant at Retail Bloom. In 2013, they returned to QVC as a Senior Buyer/ Buying Manager- Jewellery and Buyer- Jewellery. In 2020, they joined Xupes as Director, Handbags and Jewellery and Head of Jewellery & Accessories.

Debra Willis attended Loughborough University from 1992 to 1996 and earned a BA Hons in Retail Management. Her field of study was Retail Management.
