Anders Engum is currently serving as Varehussjef at Xxl and has been in the role since 2023. They also hold the position of Driftsjef/Regionssjef at XXL Sport & Villmark. Anders completed the XXL Talentprogram in Personalledelse, as well as leadership courses at Bjørnson Organisasjonspsykologene and Society Lab. Additionally, they studied Biologi at Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet (NTNU) from 2006 to 2007.
