Evgueni Talal

Evgueni Talal is an experienced Agile Coach, Trainer, and Consultant, currently serving as an Agile Coach at XXXLdigital since June 2023. With a rich background in implementing Agile methodologies, Evgueni Talal has supported various organizations such as Tomtom telematics, Wallapop, and MyTheresa through in-company training and workshops focused on Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and effective communication. As a lecturer at IESE Business School, Evgueni Talal provides training in persuasive communication and conflict management. Previous roles include Agile Coach at Mytheresa and Agile Consultant at Webfleet Solutions, where coaching and strategic alignment were essential to improving team performance and collaboration. Evgueni Talal holds a Master's degree in Neuro-Linguistic Programming from Institut Gestalt and a Master's in Computer Science and Micro-Electronics from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
