Jane Watson

Jane Watson is an experienced business leader currently serving as General Manager - EMEA at XY Sense, where responsibilities include leading the company's expansion across the UK and EU and enhancing workplace productivity for global enterprise customers. Prior to this role, Jane held various senior positions, such as Chief Operating Officer at Splitrock Studio and Engagement and Partnerships Director at BackTrack Youth Works. Jane's extensive background also includes managing SVA's venture philanthropy portfolio at Social Ventures Australia and leading operations at Expert360. Additionally, Jane founded Saikeri Boarding in Kenya to improve girls' access to education, worked in investment roles at Pottinger and Palisade Investment Partners, and managed a farmland portfolio for AAG Investment Management. Jane holds multiple degrees including a Global Executive MBA from Monash Business School and is currently pursuing studies at CEIBS and NYU Stern School of Business.
