Vivek Krishnan has worked in the IT industry since 2014. vivek began their career at Reveille Technologies, Inc. as a US IT Recruiter where they were responsible for recruiting IT software professionals in the United States. vivek was also responsible for coordinating with candidates, clients, and vendor companies, searching from job portals and internal databases, and analyzing requirements. In 2016, they joined Xyant Technology as a Team Lead and a Sr. US IT Recruiter. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting IT professionals across the USA through direct phone sourcing, networking, referrals, and expanded Internet sourcing. vivek was also responsible for sourcing and screening the profiles of candidates, short-listing the candidates using portals like Dice, Monster, Carrier Builder, Tech Fetch, and LinkedIn, and conducting preliminary round of interviews before submitting resumes.

Vivek Krishnan attended Bharathidasan University from 2015 to 2017, where they earned their Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Prior to this, they attended Careers in Engineering from 2009 to 2013, where they earned their degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering in the field of Electonics.
