Menashe Kaslassy

Menashe Kaslassy currently serves as Managing Director for Israel, Greece, and Central Asia at Xylem since August 2022, and previously held the position of Israel's Country Manager. Prior experience includes Vice President of Business Development at B.Gaon Holdings Group from June 2018 to August 2022 and Chief Operating Officer at Miya from 2012 to May 2018. Additional roles encompass General Manager at BT Networks (2011-2012), Chief Operating Officer at Gilat Satcom (2008-2011), and Vice President of Engineering & Operations at Mer Group (2005-2008). Earlier in the career, Menashe Kaslassy worked at Motorola Solutions for a decade in various leadership roles, culminating as EuroAsia Business Unit Director. Menashe Kaslassy holds a Master’s degree in Regulation and Environmental Policies from Bar-Ilan University, completed between 2020 and 2022.
