Moritz Hinnenthal is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently, Moritz serves as Senior Director HR for Water Infrastructure in the EMEIA and APAC regions at Xylem since February 2024, after previously holding the position of Director HR for Central Europe at the same company. Prior to Xylem, Moritz was the Director HR for the Sensors & Actuators division at Rheinmetall from November 2020 to January 2024, and at Harsco Corporation, served as Director HR for both the Environmental Division (Europe West) and Rail Division (EMEA).
