Shirley Hurtado

Shirley Hurtado is an experienced operations and project manager currently serving as Operations Manager for Field Delivery Services at Xylem since November 2019. In this role, Shirley empowers and supports field technicians and managers in pipeline inspections while focusing on operational efficiency and professional development. Previous experience includes roles as Field Manager and Project Manager at Xylem, where Shirley led multi-technology pipe condition assessments and managed surge pressure monitoring programs for Texas water utilities.
