Emily Duensing

Emily Duensing began their work experience in 1987 as a Programmer at The University of Kansas, where they maintained and updated programs related to payroll and benefits. Emily then worked as a Computer Analyst at the Kansas Department of Administration from 1989 to 1991, where they handled programming, maintenance, and updates for a FOCUS application.

In 1991, Emily joined Information Builders as a Consultant and eventually became a Supervisor of Instructional Designers, responsible for planning, researching, designing, and developing courseware. Emily then served as a Senior Manager of Curriculum Development, overseeing a remote team and managing project execution.

In 2015, Emily joined Xyleme, Inc. as a Learning Solutions Specialist, where they partnered with new customers to assist them with onboarding, system implementation, and training. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Onboarding and Education, collaborating with the Customer Success team to design and implement onboarding processes and create learning objects.

Throughout their career, Emily has demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, project management, and customer education.

From 1983 to 1987, Emily Duensing attended Eastern New Mexico University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus in Computer Information Systems.
