Mitzi Vaughan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and coaching. Currently serving as an Executive and Platinum Director at Xyngular Corporation since July 2010, Mitzi also co-founded Compass Leadership Group, which focuses on empowering individuals to live their best lives through health, personal growth, and financial well-being. As the owner of Max Coaching LLC, Mitzi offers coaching services to enhance clients' lives. Previously, Mitzi worked as an REO Specialist at BLB Resources, Inc., where efforts were directed towards community building through innovative marketing strategies. Mitzi has developed leadership skills and mindset training as a Silver Director at Xyngular and Visionaries Worldwide, with a mission to help individuals achieve financial independence. Mitzi is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration and Human Services Management at the University of Phoenix.
