Debbie Klein

Debbie Klein is a seasoned Board Member, Executive Coach, and Business Advisor with over 30 years of experience in the advertising and marketing sectors. They served as Planning Director at Saatchi and Saatchi and later became Head of Planning at WCRS, where they played a pivotal role in leading their agency to the Top 10 rankings. As Chief Executive at The Engine Group, they managed the agency's P&L and strategy across multiple business units and regions. Currently, Klein holds several Non-Executive Director positions at The Guardian, XYON Health Inc., MultiChoice Group, and Nationwide Building Society, and they previously led corporate marketing and affairs at Sky. Klein is also an alum of the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School and has a B.Bus.Sci from the University of Cape Town.
