Nad'a R. is an experienced project manager with a strong background in operations and event management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Xytech Systems since October 2021, Nad'a has previously held the roles of Housing Director and Project Manager at Convention Management Resources, overseeing housing inventory for industry conferences and analyzing market conditions to mitigate financial risks. Nad'a’s prior experience includes work as an Area Representative and Project Coordinator at Stan Tashman & Associates, managing product inventory across major retail chains, and as a Lead Reservation Coordinator at Omni Hotels, where revenue forecasts and group reservations were managed. Additionally, Nad'a has experience as a Construction Coordinator at Wilshire Grand Hotel and as Operations Manager at Boomer Design, contributing to operational setup and project execution. Nad'a holds an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management and Economics from the College of Business and Entrepreneurship, as well as a preparatory degree in Management, Marketing, Service, and Operations from the School of Hotel Management and Travel.
