Stefan Nied has extensive experience in the software industry, with a focus on customer success and business development. Stefan is currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Success and Managing Director for ScheduALL at Xytech Systems since April 2021. Prior to this, from October 2015 to October 2020, Stefan held the role of Senior Director for Global Strategic Account Success and Business Development at Net Insight. Before joining Net Insight, Stefan worked at ScheduALL Software for almost two decades, starting in July 1997 and ending in October 2015. During their time at ScheduALL, they held the position of Vice President of Worldwide Services and Customer Success. Stefan played a crucial role in driving company growth through collaboration with sales and marketing teams, building top-notch professional services, sales engineer, and client success teams. Additionally, they served as the executive program manager for large corporate solution implementations and implemented Salesforce.
