Kaz Khaki

Kaz Khaki began their work experience in 2007 as a Design Engineer at Visteon, where they completed various projects including an internal night-vision prototype for Jaguar and designing a dual motor controller and interface for a GPS module. In 2013, they joined Viking Test as an Electronic Engineer and were responsible for designing a PCB Silkscreen Printer and managing all technical aspects of the project. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Design Engineer at NAVITRON SYSTEMS LIMITED. In 2017, they joined Sollatek UK Limited as a Senior Electronic Design Engineer, where they developed new AC protection devices and upgraded vehicle tracking hardware and firmware. They then moved to XYZ Reality in 2018, where they served as a Hardware Director, managing the hardware team and actively participating in the development of an AR solution for the construction industry. They also played a significant role in R&D and technical strategy discussions. In 2021, they were promoted to the role of VP of Technology at XYZ Reality.

Kaz Khaki pursued higher education, beginning in 2005 at Brunel University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (Hon) degree in Electronic & Microelectronic Engineering in 2009. Building upon this foundation, Khaki furthered their education at Brunel University from 2009 to 2013, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Face Recognition.
