Stacy Hu

Stacy Hu has worked in various roles across several companies. Stacy began their career as an HR Intern at Uber in 2015. Stacy then went on to become a Talent Acquisition Consultant and HR Assistant, functioning as APAC Full-Cycle Recruiter at CXG in 2016. In 2018, they worked as a Student Researcher at Badenoch & Clark and a Recruiter - TS at Microsoft. In 2021, they began working as an HR Manager at XYZ Robotics Inc. During their time at Microsoft, they were responsible for end-to-end recruiting for APAC Go-to-Market positions, mainly focusing on the Singapore and Southeast Asia region. Stacy also sourced talents for Microsoft GCR Software Engineering Group and MSRA across all levels, especially focusing on the AI/Big data/NLP/CV field. At CXG, they were responsible for the recruitment of positions at all levels in Shanghai, Taiwan, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Stacy Hu completed a Bachelor's Degree in Analytic Philosophy from Wuhan University between 2013 and 2017. Stacy also participated in an Exchange Program at National University of Singapore in 2015. In 2017, Stacy Hu completed a Master of Science in Human Resource Management (CIPD accredited) from The University of Edinburgh. Stacy obtained a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) accredited certification in September 2017. Stacy also obtained a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI Basic) from the Singapore Ministry of Manpower in March 2017. In December 2018, Stacy Hu obtained a LinkedIn Certified Professional - Recruiter certification from LinkedIn Certification. In March 2021, they obtained a Prosci® Fundamentals of Change Management certification from Prosci.
