Donielle Williams, MSL, PHR, serves as the VP of HR and Talent Acquisition at XYZ since August 2018, overseeing comprehensive human resources functions including organizational development, talent acquisition, and compliance. Concurrently, Donielle is the Founder and CEO of HRCHATLINE, a consulting firm offering HR services and executive placements. Previous roles include Director of HR and Talent Acquisition at HATCHBEAUTY, where operational oversight for multiple locations was managed. Donielle's extensive experience in human resources spans various sectors, having provided strategic support at organizations such as People Smart, Ruth's Hospitality Group, King's Seafood Company, and Bally Total Fitness. Academic qualifications include a Master of Studies in Law from USC Gould School of Law, a Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Capella University, and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Cerritos College.
