Caroline Bruce Gemmell

Caroline Bruce Gemmell, CUCME, currently serves as Director of Marketing & Sales at Y-12 Federal Credit Union, having held various leadership roles including Director of Sales & Service and Branch Manager since July 2018. Previously, Caroline was Assistant Branch Manager at Eastman Credit Union from November 2012 to June 2018, where notable achievements included being a region top performer in loan cross servicing and contributing to ECU commercials. Caroline's early career included a position as Universal Banker at Highlands Union Bank from June 2003 to October 2012, focusing on customer relations and product sales. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature with a concentration in Secondary Education from Virginia Intermont College.
