Louis LaPrad is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in graphic design and event planning. Currently serving as a Creative Specialist at Y-12 Federal Credit Union since August 2021, LaPrad also operates a design and art direction business established in March 2002. Previous roles include Senior Event Designer at Ramsey Solutions from September 2017 to May 2020, Design Director at Anode from September 2013 to July 2017, and Art Director at Vanderbilt University Medical Center for nearly a decade. LaPrad has also contributed as an Adjunct Instructor at Watkins College of Art, Design & Film. Additional experience includes various design positions at prominent companies such as Sony Music Entertainment and Word Entertainment Inc. Louis LaPrad earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Middle Tennessee State University in 1997.

The Credit Union was chartered in 1950, to serve the employees of the Union Carbide Y-12 Nuclear Weapons Production Plant.
