Mary Pelson is currently a Senior Associate at Y Analytics, working with TPG Rise and TPG Rise Climate. Prior to this role, they served as a Research Assistant at Harvard Business School, focusing on socioeconomic mobility trends. Mary has also gained experience as a Policy Intern in the United States Senate, where they prepared briefings and conducted literature reviews on economic mobility and corporate finance.
