Robert W Jones is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in both private investment and corporate human resources. Currently serving as President & CEO of Realm Capital Ventures since February 2019, Robert leads a multi-channel venture firm with a global portfolio of innovative founders. Additionally, Robert holds several influential roles including President and CEO of ASJ Enterprises, LLC, Limited Partner at Y Combinator and Kearny Jackson, and Advisory Board Member for Black Star Fund. With a rich career spanning over 30 years at GE, Robert's last position was as Global HR Leader for GE Aviation. Robert holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from West Virginia University and a B.A.Sc. in Sociology and Communications from Fairmont State University.
