Matias Munck Mortensen

Matias Munck Mortensen has a diverse range of work experience. Matias Munck currently works as a CMC project manager at Y-mAbs Therapeutics, Inc. since November 2020. Prior to this, they held several roles at AGC Biologics from 2016 to 2020, including Scientist in Upstream Process Development, Scientist & Validation Coordinator, and Scientist in Process Transfer. Before joining AGC Biologics, Matias was a PhD Student at the Technical University of Denmark from June 2013 to September 2016. Matias Munck also worked as an MSc Thesis student at Chr. Hansen A/S from March 2012 to May 2013. In addition, Matias has entrepreneurial experience as an Entrepreneur at Biosyntia, where they were involved in business planning for novel enzyme discovery technology. Matias Munck has also worked as a Teacher and Project Developer of secondary school activities at the University of Copenhagen from November 2009 to August 2012. Furthermore, Matias has experience as a Tourist Guide in Greenland at Arctic Adventure from June 2010 to August 2011.

Matias Munck Mortensen completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology-Biotechnology at the Faculty of Life Science, University of Copenhagen from 2007 to 2011. Matias Munck then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Biology-Biotechnology, also from the Faculty of Life Science, University of Copenhagen, from 2011 to 2013. During their studies, they briefly attended Copenhagen Business School in 2011 as a guest student, focusing on the Biobusiness and Innovation Programme. Prior to their university studies, Matias Munck Mortensen completed their secondary education at Herlev Gymnasium from 2003 to 2006.
