Robert Gunning

Robert Gunning has over 25 years of work experience in finance and accounting. Robert is currently the VP, Finance and Corporate Controller at Y-mAbs Therapeutics, Inc. Prior to this role, they served as the VP, Controller at Excision BioTherapeutics.

From 2017 to 2021, Robert was the Chief Financial Officer at Advanced Accelerator Applications, where they led financial strategy support for product launches and growth, developed budget and forecast processes, and managed the full P&L.

Before that, they worked at Amec Foster Wheeler as the Director, SEC Reporting from 2007 to 2017. In this role, they were responsible for financial statement and disclosure requirements, drafted MD&A commentary, and implemented technical accounting pronouncements.

From 2006 to 2007, Robert served as the Vice President Finance at Home Décor Products, Inc., overseeing financial reporting and managing a finance department.

Earlier in their career, they were the Finance Manager at Ethicon, Inc. from 2001 to 2006, where they handled international reporting and variance analysis. Robert also worked at Siemens as the Senior Manager Financial Reporting from 1999 to 2001, leading the conversion from German GAAP to US GAAP.

Robert started their career as an Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen from 1994 to 1999, and they began their professional journey as a Staff Auditor at KPMG in 1993.

Robert Gunning attended Pace University - Lubin School of Business from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Accounting.
