Max Hansen

Max Hansen is the CEO and Co-Founder of Y Scouts, a firm that helps purpose-driven companies find extraordinary leaders. Max has over two decades of experience in recruiting, including serving as the CEO and Founder of Job Brokers Inc / TruPath Search. In this role, they built a successful full-service recruiting company that placed candidates in a wide range of industries. Prior to that, they worked as an Account Manager at HUNTER Technical and as a Recruiter at Aerotek.

Max is passionate about helping companies find leaders who will help them achieve their mission and goals. Max is a strong believer in the power of purpose-driven organizations to make a positive impact on the world, and they are committed to helping them find the leaders they need to succeed.

Max Hansen has earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Northern Arizona University's W. A. Franke College of Business.
