Sara Pizarro

Sara Pizarro has a solid background in executive recruiting and talent acquisition. Sara currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Y Scouts, where they focus on aligning leaders with companies based on shared values and purpose. Prior to that, they served as Vice President of Talent at Tide Rock, specializing in the acquisition and growth of companies with strong cash flow. Sara also worked at McDermott + Bull Executive Search as a Director and Senior Executive Recruiter in the Private Equity Practice, where they successfully recruited executives for various industries. Sara started their career as a Technical Recruiter at Tech USA and later transitioned into coaching roles as an Assistant Softball Coach at Bethune-Cookman University and Bowie State University.

Sara Pizarro attended the University of Maryland from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Sara also holds additional certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Synergetics - A Worldwide Resource For Business Problem Solving and Hogan Assessment from Hogan Assessments.
