Michael Tack

Michael Tack has a diverse work experience starting in 2009 as a Summer Intern at RMB Private Bank. In 2012, they worked as a Junior Engineer at Innovative Industries for a brief period. Michael then interned at Lovemore Bros as an Engineering Intern in 2014. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Africa Merchant Capital, first as an Internship where they focused on Corporate Finance Advisory and Trade Finance divisions. Later, they joined Partners Capital as an Associate before being promoted to Senior Associate. In 2020, Michael became the CFO at Invigorate Platform. Most recently, they are currently working at Y Tree as a Client Service Analyst, and has recently transitioned to the role of Trading & Operations Manager.

Michael Tack completed their education in several stages. Michael began their academic journey at Woodberry Forest School in 2008, where they participated in a school exchange program until 2009. Later, from 2006 to 2010, Michael attended Hilton College and obtained a Matric Exemption. Moving forward, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering from Stellenbosch University between 2011 and 2014. Michael further enhanced their education by completing a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance with Risk Management at the University of Bath from 2015 to 2016.
