Owen Rosenboom, PhD, PE, SE is currently the Vice President at YA Engineering Services. Prior to this role, they worked as an Associate Principal at Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Owen holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and Master of Science (MS) in Civil / Structural Engineering from North Carolina State University, a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University, and has also completed graduate studies in Structural Engineering at Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi and a study abroad program in Engineering at Brunel University London. They graduated from Cherry Creek High School with a High School Diploma.
