Evan Perley

Evan Perley is a Partner at YA Group, where they joined YOUNG & Associates in 2010. Starting their career in the construction industry as an electrician and estimator in 2007, Evan gained experience in commercial and residential projects across Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. Rising through the ranks, they became a Senior Regional Consultant and then a Partner in 2023, managing consultants and specializing in high-profile structural property estimating for a variety of claims throughout the United States. Their expertise includes project management, cost estimation, and communication with stakeholders, along with contributions to developing consulting methodologies and practices.
