Todd Spear has extensive experience in fire consulting and investigation, with a career spanning several prominent organizations. Starting with Tampa Fire Rescue as a Fire Marshal, Todd transitioned to roles at G4S Compliance and Investigations, where work included Fire Investigator positions. Todd continued to excel in the field as a Fire Consultant at Jack Ward Fire Consultants, and later as a Senior Investigator III at J.S. Held LLC. After a tenure at Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc., Todd is currently contributing expertise as a Fire Consultant at YOUNG & Associates. Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications/Public Relations from the University of South Florida.
