Mithilesh Patel is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the food and automotive industries. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at Ya YA Foods Corp. since January 2021, Mithilesh has held various leadership roles including Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Manager, specializing in HOTFILL, PET, and COMBIBLOC systems. Prior to this, experience includes positions as Production Team Lead at Electrovaya and Manufacturing Engineer at Automotive Valves Pvt Ltd, along with additional roles in mechanical engineering and sales.
