Tanya Baptist

Tanya Baptist currently serves as the Senior Supply Chain Planning Manager at Ya YA Foods Corp. since January 2021, with expertise in planning and scheduling production, material procurement, vendor management, and material resource planning. Prior experience includes roles as Supply Chain Planner and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Waterloo, where Tanya contributed to courses on Organizational Design, Technology, and Project Management. Previously, Tanya worked as an Application Development Associate at Accenture, receiving the Client and Customer Award for client customization of ERP applications. Tanya holds a Master's degree in Management Sciences from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering, where Tanya also served as Cultural Secretary and Editor of the college magazine.
